What the badge means

The Seller Verification Badge confirms that Hamrobazar has completed KYC (Know Your Customer) checks confirming the seller is a registered business entity.

What we verify

  • Seller is a registered business entity (business registration / PAN / VAT document check)
  • Business owner or authorized representative identity (citizenship / ID document)
  • Active contact details (phone number and address verified)

What the badge does NOT cover

  • Hamrobazar does not verify or guarantee individual listings, product authenticity, quality, or pricing.
  • Hamrobazar is not liable for scams, misrepresentation, or disputes arising from a transaction with a badged seller.
  • The Badge is not a guarantee against fraud: it confirms business identity only, at the time of verification.
